Smoke Apple Pie Recipe featured in this podcast:
Ingredients:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 Stick Room Temp Butter
3 Pounds Apples
2 9-inch Pie Crusts
Extra Crust For The Top
Add the sugars, spices, butter, and flour in a bowl and mix them up. Place them in a pie crust pan with the apples and cook at 325 degrees for about an hour.
